Payroll / Benefits Coordinator Position:
- Will need to be able to process weekly payroll and related liabilities and deductions,
- Maintain updated payroll and benefit information relating to hires and terminations,
- Complete payroll and tax reports for compliance with government agencies,
- Update certified job lists and provide to HR on a weekly basis,
- Process certified payroll reports and email to owner listed on job set-up sheet,
- Reconcile employee benefits and insurance invoices,
- Assist with financial and 401(k) audits,
Skilled Equipment Operators for dirt & asphalt crews and Concrete Finishers – with “Verifiable” experience
Skilled ASPHALT EQUIPMENT OPERATORS for asphalt crew: running some or all of the following: roller, paver, shuttle buggy, screed, etc.
Skilled HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATORS for dirt crew: running some or all of the following: grader, dozer, scraper, track hoe, mixer, and front end loader.
Experienced CONCRETE FINISHERS for concrete crew: must be able to smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete on parking lots, roads, or curbs using a variety of hand & power tools. Align forms for sidewalks, curbs, or gutters. Set forms that hold concrete to desired pitch & depth and align them.
SEVERAL CDL (A) and CDL (B) Positions:
CDL (A) or (B) with tankers to drive water truck to transport water occasionally and run heavy equipment and labor work on dirt crew
CDL (A) for crew cab truck on asphalt crew
CDL (A) or (B) driving 10 wheel or Super Dump Truck – must have 2 years verifiable experience driving comparable.
Must have good driving record on ALL CDL positions
Experienced Dirt Foreman responsible for providing direct in-field supervision of dirt crew by directing & operating equipment in clearing or grading roadways & site preparation including stabilization of soils, base, as well as possibly finishing out / dressing up job sites. Min. 2 – 5 years experience in foreman’s role in heavy civil construction. Able to read plans & understand grades. Run blade as well as other various pieces of equipment.
