SKILLED EQUIPMENT OPERATORS – DIRT & ASPHALT CREWS

SKILLED CONCRETE FINISHERS

Skilled ASPHALT EQUIPMENT OPERATORS for asphalt crew: running some or all of the following: roller, paver, shuttle buggy, screed, etc.

Skilled HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATORS for dirt crew: running some or all of the following: grader, dozer, scraper, track hoe, mixer, and front end loader.

“Verifiable” experienced CONCRETE FINISHERS for concrete crew: must be able to smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete on parking lots, roads, or curbs using a variety of hand & power tools. Align forms for sidewalks, curbs, or gutters. Set forms that hold concrete to desired pitch & depth and align them.


SEVERAL CDL (A) and CDL (B) Positions:

CDL (A) or (B) with tankers to drive water truck to transport water occasionally and run heavy equipment and labor work on dirt crew

CDL (A) – 18 Wheel End Dump / Pneumatic Trailer Driver – must have 2 years verifiable driving experience

CDL (A) – 18 Wheel Water Truck Driver for Ada location – must have tankers endorsement

Must have good driving record on ALL CDL positions


SHOP Positions:

Lube Tech (Oiler) – perform Preventive Maintenance activities including, but not limited to: lubrication, oil & filter changes, fluid sampling, and inspections on heavy equipment in the field. Previous experience required.

Field and Shop Heavy Equipment Mechanics – Performs skilled tasks in the mechanical repair and maintenance of earth moving equipment, road graders, tractors, dozers, pavers, etc. Prefer 5-7 years mechanical experience troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing all types of construction equipment. Hydraulic and electrical trouble shooting abilities a plus.
