While no person can nominate themselves, anybody is allowed to nominate! There is no limited amount of nominees you can submit each quarter!

The nomination form can be submitted online, or an employee owner can pick up a form from the Receptionist located in the front office to fill out and turn in. Forms must be submitted during the allotted time frame for each quarter to be taken into consideration.

1. A monetary value of $500
2. One day vacation added for winning recipients per quarter and one day added for annual winner. 
3. Name to be added to an ongoing plaque of annual winners. Quarterly slides, newsletter, social media, and company sign. 

All employee owners are elgible to win the Five Silver Points- Core Value Award.
